Submit Support Request

Product support by email is available to customers who subscribe to the LiveData Maintenance & Support Program and have a valid CD Key.

To submit a support request, please have your CD Key and Diagnostic Data. Follow the instructions below:

  • Address email to:

  • Type your CD Key in the Subject line
    (Example: My CD Key is 400-123456)

  • Type your question or briefly describe your problem in the message body

  • Attach Diagnostic Data files

LiveData Utilities will automatically assign a Support Request Number (SR#), and immediately forward it to you in the subject line of a reply message.

Always include the SR# in the subject line of all emails related to your support request to ensure accurate, timely service.
(Example: RE: SR#1004)
